Easily lets you record both audio and video on your phone and send it to your friends on kik. It lets you easily tap the record icon in the kik media tray (where you chose emoticons and add photos) and chose what to record.

It also lets you change the bitrate of the audio and video if you are using Android 2.2+.

You will have to have kik already installed.
